BTN Digital App Records 2.23 Billion Transactions Through September
Indonesia's state-owned BTN bank says its balé by BTN app is growing quickly.
Through September 2026, the app recorded 2.23 billion transactions, up 46% from a year earlier, worth Rp103.53 trillion, up 44%.
Its user base reached about 5.02 million, an annual increase of 51%.
Launched around a year and a half ago, the app has more than 764 features, including banking, travel bookings, shopping and housing services.
BTN is developing the app as a digital hub for finance, housing and everyday needs, rather than only a mobile banking service.
The digital ecosystem also helped raise savings funding by 30% and fee-based income by 42%, BTN said.
The bank says it will focus next on deeper user engagement, partnerships and security, including educating customers about safe digital transactions.
