Indonesia Removes Two Companies From High Shareholding Concentration List

Indonesia’s stock exchange removed two companies from its high-concentration list: MD Entertainment and NexAI Digital Infrastruktur.

The list covers companies whose shares are judged to be held too heavily by a small group of shareholders under the exchange’s criteria.

The exchange said the two companies no longer met those criteria based on their share ownership.

Nineteen other companies remain on the list because they have not met the criteria.

Being listed does not by itself mean a company broke market rules.

Indonesia’s financial regulator said companies will not be fined solely for appearing on the list.

Shares on the list that are actively traded will be examined further, the regulator said.
