Jai Arrow and Berina Colakovic held a second wedding at Borgo del Carato in Sicily on October 10.
The South Sydney Rabbitohs player and Colakovic first married in a civil ceremony in Sydney in July.
Their Italian celebration brought together 65 family members and friends who travelled from countries including Australia and Canada.
The ceremony returned them to the town where Arrow proposed in 2024.
The couple welcomed their daughter, Ayla Rae Arrow, in 2025, and Arrow announced his retirement from rugby league in May after being diagnosed with motor neurone disease.
The wedding came after major changes and challenges in their lives, Colakovic said.
The couple then continued their travels with a honeymoon in Bodrum, Turkey.
