South Korea forecast to turn colder and windier on Wednesday

South Korea is expected to have mostly clear skies on Wednesday, October 14.

After rain ends, cold air moving down from the northwest is forecast to lower morning temperatures by 5 to 10 degrees Celsius from the day before.

Morning lows are expected to range from 5 to 14 degrees, while daytime highs should reach 17 to 22 degrees.

Strong winds may make it feel even colder, and temperatures are expected to vary by about 15 degrees between day and night in most areas.

Gusts could reach about 55 kilometres per hour in many places and 70 kilometres per hour in mountain areas, so people should take care with outdoor structures.

Strong winds and high waves are also expected at sea, with waves of up to 5 metres or more possible in parts of the East Sea.

제주 Island may have some clouds in the morning, but most other areas are forecast to be sunny.
