Aaron Donald says he plans to return for Rams-Bills game Monday
Aaron Donald says he plans to play for the Los Angeles Rams against the Buffalo Bills on Monday night.
The defensive tackle missed the Rams' Week 4 game with back soreness.
He practiced fully on Friday after being limited on Thursday and said he has had no setbacks.
Coach Sean McVay said earlier in the week that Donald's return was the team's hope and that his progress was moving in the right direction.
Donald came out of retirement at the end of August after two seasons away, and he did not play in the Rams' season opener.
In the two games he has played this season, he has made four tackles, including one for a loss, and recorded a quarterback hit.
His return could help the Rams' defense, but his plan to play Monday is not a guarantee that he will be in the lineup.
