Brigade Enterprises targets ₹9,000 crore in FY27 home sales
Brigade Enterprises, a real estate company based in Bengaluru, expects its pre-sales to reach ₹9,000 crore in the 2026-27 financial year, a 21% increase.
Pre-sales are the value of homes booked by buyers.
Managing Director Pavitra Shankar said demand is strong, especially for homes priced at ₹1 crore to ₹3 crore.
She said the target depends on getting approvals in time to launch projects.
The company has 33 million square feet of projects under way and 16 million square feet in upcoming launches.
It also plans to invest ₹40,000 crore over the next three years in projects across South India, with about 70% of the investment going to housing.
The company says it will fund the investment through its own cash, customer advances and debt.

It has ruled out an immediate move into the Delhi-NCR and Mumbai Metropolitan Region markets.
