Cowboys fall 24-16 to winless Buccaneers, leaving Jerry Jones disappointed

The Cowboys lost 24-16 at home to a Buccaneers team that had not won a game.

Tampa Bay ran the ball well and controlled the game for long stretches.

The loss leaves Dallas with a 2-3 record.

Jones said the Cowboys missed a chance to make progress.
