Court confirms charges against Jéssica Rodríguez and former Adif official

The court says the investigation into Rodríguez’s contracts at public companies Ineco and Tragsatec can continue.

It said she may have been paid despite not doing work there.

Zaldívar is suspected of passing on pressure to hire and keep her in her job.

The ruling confirms the indictments, but does not decide whether either person is guilty.
