Zetwerk targets ₹27,000 crore valuation for planned IPO
Zetwerk, an India-based business-to-business manufacturing platform, is preparing to sell shares to the public.
It is aiming to launch its IPO in the coming weeks at a valuation of about ₹27,000 crore.
The planned sale includes ₹2,830 crore of new shares and ₹2,200 crore of shares sold by existing investors.
More than 30 domestic and foreign investors are considering taking part in the anchor book, including major investment firms and funds.
Zetwerk uses its software platform and manufacturing network to supply products to industries such as renewable energy, electronics and aerospace.
