Ricardo Darín says a film could conclude ‘El Eternauta’
Argentine actor Ricardo Darín said the story of Netflix series “El Eternauta” could end with a short third season or a film.
The series’ second season is in development, and Darín said it will explore the human and existential conflict among the survivors.
He said the team wants to maintain the standard viewers expect after the first season.
Darín also shared his joy at becoming a grandfather to Dante, the son of actors Chino Darín and Úrsula Corberó.
Dante was born in Barcelona in February, and his parents divide their time between Spain and Argentina for work.
The distance makes it harder for Darín and his wife, Florencia Bas, to be with him, so they plan trips around their work schedules.
Darín did not say when the second season or a possible ending in a film or short season would arrive.
