Beijing finance forum to unveil more than 100 initiatives
The 2026 Financial Street Forum will take place in Beijing from October 19 to 22.
More than 400 guests from over 40 countries and regions are expected to attend.
The programme includes 21 main and parallel sessions, plus conferences on financial technology, insurance and investment.
Organisers say more than 100 initiatives will be unveiled, covering standards, institutional platforms and international cooperation.
Sessions will discuss topics including regional development around Beijing, artificial intelligence, digital change and green energy.
The forum will also arrange investment meetings focused on fields such as biotechnology and future industries.
Five overseas venues—in Hong Kong, London, Paris, Toronto and Nairobi—will host seven sessions, including the forum’s first Africa venue.
Organisers say the event will also feature a first live connection between Beijing, Hong Kong and London.
