CHASER’s Ren faces backlash over messages to a fan

CHASER member Ren is facing online criticism after messages he sent to a fan were shared publicly.

In the exchange, the fan said they had been waiting for his messages, and Ren replied that the repeated comments were annoying.

The messages circulated online and prompted criticism of his attitude toward fans.

Some users also criticized the company that gave him an opportunity to become an idol.

The incident concerns a fan messaging platform, where fans pay to receive messages from performers.

The criticism appeared under photos on CHASER’s official account.
