Man admits murdering ex-partner while under a community order
Stacey Hogg was killed by her former partner, Lee Inglis, who admitted murder.
He had previously attacked her and was given a community order, a curfew and an electronic tag.
The case has renewed debate about how courts manage people who have committed serious violence.
A new law allowing GPS tracking as part of court sentences is due to take effect in Scotland in December.
