Eagles rule out Barkley and Smith for Jaguars game in London

The Eagles will face the Jaguars without two of their top offensive players, Saquon Barkley and DeVonta Smith, who are both out with hamstring injuries.

Philadelphia is coming off a loss in which its offense struggled to move the ball.

Their absences could make it harder for the Eagles to improve against Jacksonville.
