Alien: Isolation 2 will follow a new protagonist on a colony planet
Alien: Isolation 2 is the sequel to the 2014 survival horror game Alien: Isolation.
Developer Creative Assembly announced it in late 2024, and Sega and the studio showed in-game footage in 2026.
The new game takes place a few months after the first one, on the colony planet LV-921.
Its protagonist is Blake, a Weyland-Yutani employee, rather than Amanda Ripley, the first game’s lead character.
Blake and her colleagues find part of the wrecked Sevastopol station, while a Xenomorph is already on the planet.
The game is planned for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2.
