K&K offers six-year structural warranty at One Stanley

K&K Property is adding a six-year structural warranty for homeowners at its One Stanley development.

It will sit alongside the existing three-year defect liability period.

The move comes after Hong Kong’s government opened an investigation into work quality at the complex.

The investigation is looking into alleged construction defects.
