Dubois targets undisputed heavyweight title within six fights
Daniel Dubois, Britain’s reigning WBO heavyweight champion, says he wants to become undisputed champion within six fights.
That means holding all four major heavyweight titles at the same time.
Oleksandr Usyk held that status before vacating his belts earlier this year.
Dubois previously had a chance to become undisputed when he fought Usyk in July 2025, but lost by fifth-round knockout.
His immediate task is a title defence against fellow Briton Fabio Wardley at London’s O2 Arena on 17 October.
Dubois stopped Wardley in the 11th round of their first fight in May, after Wardley had knocked him down twice early on.
Dubois says he wants to start faster and finish the rematch sooner.
He has also named WBC champion Agit Kabayel as one possible future opponent, but says he is not focused on a particular contender.
