Reports say US is preparing possible strikes on Iran

Reports say the US is preparing for possible attacks on Iran, but no start date has been given.

The reported targets include military sites and energy facilities.

Trump has said the US will not attack before the November 3 midterm elections, while Israeli media report an attack could come before Israel's October 27 election.

These reports describe plans and claims, not a confirmed decision to attack.
