Podemos opens leadership primaries with Irene Montero as only candidate so far

Podemos is letting members and other registered voters choose who will lead its list in the next general election.

Voting is scheduled for October 14 and 15, and Irene Montero is the only candidate so far.

People must register by October 11 to vote.

The result will help decide whom the party puts forward to represent it.
