Jasper Troy says inconsistent NXT booking hurt his momentum
Jasper Troy says inconsistent opportunities in WWE’s NXT brand made it difficult for him to build momentum.
He said managers told him to be patient, but long gaps between televised and in-ring matches made it harder to stay in a groove.
Troy joined WWE in 2022 and was released in September 2026.
He won the first season of WWE’s LFG competition and later became WWE Speed Champion.
He said he kept working hard but felt his work rate declined without enough regular matches.
Troy also said missing major NXT events after the 2025 Great American Bash added to his frustration.
He has not described any next steps.
