New Kuruk series announced as Avatar: Seven Havens gets two more seasons
The Avatar universe is expanding with a new animated series called Avatar Kuruk: Wave of Chaos.
It follows Kuruk as a rebellious teenager learning the four elements on adventures around the world.
Kuruk is a water tribe Avatar whose story takes place three generations before Aang’s.
The series is being produced by Avatar Studios and Nickelodeon Animation Studios, with Bryan Konietzko as showrunner.
At a New York Comic Con panel, the creators also announced that Avatar: Seven Havens has been renewed for Books 3 and 4.
The show follows Avatar Pavi and her twin sister Nisha, and its first three episodes are streaming on Paramount+.
No release date for the Kuruk series or the later Seven Havens books has been announced.

The two new books will continue the story of Avatar Pavi and her twin sister, Nisha.
