Microsoft Teams to add deepfake detection and impersonation warnings

Microsoft Teams plans to add tools to help spot fake audio and video during meetings.

Organizations will be able to use certified third-party services, with detection signals appearing in Teams.

The app will also warn users when a meeting organizer or participant may be impersonating someone.

These features are intended to help people avoid scams and other attacks.
