Analysts give mixed ratings to ResMed, Megaport and ANZ shares
Three analysts have issued different views on Australian-listed companies ResMed, Megaport and ANZ.
ResMed makes sleep apnoea and respiratory care devices, and one analyst says its growing digital health business and low diagnosis rates point to room for growth.
Another analyst recommends holding Megaport, which is expanding into AI infrastructure, because its large investment plan still needs to deliver returns.
The company has about $979 million in new contracts and expects revenue of $720 million to $810 million in full-year 2027.
An analyst rates ANZ a sell, warning that falling house prices could weigh on home lending and loan quality.
ANZ said home loan application values fell 12% between the May budget and the end of July, after proposed changes to negative gearing and capital gains tax.
The analysts’ recommendations reflect different views of each company’s growth prospects and risks.
