Sijena murals set for transfer from Barcelona museum in November

Eight medieval murals from the Sijena monastery are due to be moved from a Barcelona museum to Aragón.

The regional government says work will start on October 19 and finish on November 5, though the museum says the schedule is only a guide.

A temperature- and humidity-controlled truck will carry the paintings.

The transfer is part of a wider legal dispute over artworks that courts have ruled should be returned to the monastery.
