Spectrum’s top commercial and marketing officers to leave at year-end

Spectrum’s top commercial and marketing officers to leave at year-end

Spectrum Chief Commercial Officer Adam Ray and Chief Marketing Officer Sharon Peters are set to leave the company at the end of 2026.

The departures are part of a restructuring at Spectrum, which is owned by Charter Communications.

Spectrum says the new structure will have fewer management layers and clearer responsibility.

Its main priorities are growing its internet business and improving customer service.

Charter is seeking more than $1 billion in cost savings after completing its $34.5 billion merger with Cox in August.

Simon Cassels will serve as interim chief marketing officer while Spectrum looks for Peters’ replacement, and Ray’s role will not be filled.

Spectrum says most other roles will remain unchanged, although some reporting lines will shift.
