Seven Alberta referendum signs vandalized in Fort McMurray

Police say someone spray-painted seven signs about an upcoming Alberta referendum in Fort McMurray.

The signs supported holding a future vote on whether Alberta should separate from Canada.

Damaging election signs is a criminal offence.

Police are asking people with information or video to come forward.
