A girl named Kayna Pal, who was 12 years old, was going to school on a scooter with her uncle.
She wanted to attend an Independence Day programme at her school.
Suddenly, a big electric bus hit their scooter.
The impact made them both fall onto the road.
Kayna fell down and the bus ran over her, and sadly she passed away.
Her uncle, Gajendra Pal, was seriously hurt.
The accident happened in Dallupura, which is in East Delhi, on a Friday morning.
Kayna lived with her family in Khichripur.
