Student killed, two injured in Assam auto-car collision

Something very sad happened in Assam, a state in India.

Three students were riding in a small vehicle called an auto.

They were going to a celebration for India's Independence Day.

On the way, the auto crashed into a car.

Sadly, one student, a boy, lost his life.

The other two students, both girls, were hurt very badly.

They were taken to Diphu Medical College and Hospital.

The boy was then sent to another hospital in Dimapur, but he did not survive.

The girls are still getting treatment at Diphu.

Police told everyone about the accident on Sunday.
