BJP Assigns Shivprakash Andhra Pradesh and Four States
The BJP made new assignments for several of its organisational leaders.
Nitin Nabin announced the changes on Thursday.
Shivprakash will look after party organisation in five states.
These states are Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Goa.
Saudan Singh will oversee four eastern and eastern-central states.
These are Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal.
V Satish will handle the party’s ST and SC groups.
He will also be responsible for the BJP’s Parliament office.
The assignments concern how the party manages its internal work.
BJP president Nitin Nabin appointed party organisational joint general secretaries to oversee state units.
Shivprakash was assigned Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Goa.
Saudan Singh was given responsibility for Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal.
V Satish was assigned the party’s Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste morchas.
V Satish was also appointed in-charge of the BJP Parliament office.
