Kalyan Corporator Seeks Answers on Delayed Crematorium Project
A crematorium project in Lal Chowki, Kalyan West, is still unfinished.
Local corporator Shamal Mangesh Gaikar has asked the city’s civic body for information about the work.

He sought the project’s sanctioned budget and the amount spent so far.
He asked for an explanation of delays, including any technical, administrative or other hurdles, and a timeline for completion.
The civic administration’s response to the queries was still awaited.
