BRICS 2026 Leaders to Travel Together by Single Bus

Union ministers and chief ministers may ride together in one bus during the BRICS Summit.

They are expected to meet at Parliament before going to Bharat Mandapam.

The plan is meant to replace many separate VIP convoys with one coordinated movement.

This could make it easier for other vehicles to use Delhi’s roads.

It may also help security and traffic officials manage the route.

The exact time of the bus journey has not been decided.

Delhi Traffic Police has announced diversions and restrictions on many roads.

People have been asked to use public transport, especially the Metro, when possible.

India is scheduled to host the summit in New Delhi on September 12–13.
