Sunita Williams Calls International Cooperation Essential for Future Human Spaceflight

Sunita Williams said countries should work together on future space missions.

She believes people will return to the Moon and eventually travel farther into space.

She said this should happen as humans working together, rather than as separate countries.

Countries can learn from how other cultures solve difficult problems.

They can also compare spacecraft parts, spacesuits and scientific experiments.

Angad Pratap is one of the astronauts chosen for India’s Gaganyaan mission.

He said India still needs important technologies for its planned space station.

These include systems that recycle air and water, a spacewalking suit and docking equipment.
