Nims Sets Up 24/7 Helpline for Patient Referrals and Admissions
Nims has started a phone helpline that is available all day and night.
People can use it to help arrange hospital referrals, admissions, emergency care and other medical services.
Patients or their attendants can send contact details and medical records to designated officials through WhatsApp.
They should then call the officials.
The officials will work with the hospital departments to coordinate the care needed.
A group of assistant medical superintendents will help manage this process.
Dr Kashireddy Venkata Krishna Reddy will supervise the system.
