Bengaluru couple found dead; husband's WhatsApp voice note surfaces

A husband and wife were found dead in their rented home in a city called Bengaluru.

The police found the husband, Sumant, hanging from a ceiling fan, and his wife, Padmavathi, was found dead inside the house.

The couple had been married for four years and did not have any children.

The two had argued about their house just before the sad event.

Late at night, Sumant sent a voice message to his mother using an app called WhatsApp.

In the message he sounded upset, said his wife had told him "This house is mine," and said he planned to end his life.

He also asked his mother to take his provident fund money and belongings from the house.

His family heard the message and tried to call him, but when he did not answer they contacted the landlord.

The house was opened and the couple was found dead.

The police are still trying to figure out exactly what happened, while Padmavathi's family believes Sumant hurt her first before hurting himself.
