He travelled in a Chandigarh Transport Undertaking bus with senior officials.

They looked at places including several sectors, Jagatpura, Tribune Chowk and Bapu Dham.

Kataria asked officials to repair damaged roads quickly.

He also told them to clear things blocking roads and coordinate their work.

The goal was to make travel safer and reduce trouble for residents.
