Indian AI Dialysis Ecosystem Secures UK MHRA Registration
Lord’s Mark Industries has developed a dialysis machine and related digital tools in India.
The system is called Renalyx and uses artificial intelligence to help monitor dialysis treatment.
The company says the system has been registered with the UK’s medical-device regulator, the MHRA.
This registration could help the company explore selling its technology in the United Kingdom and other allied markets.
Lord’s Mark says it plans to start exporting the machines in early January 2027.
It also wants to consider running its own dialysis centres.
The system is designed to connect the machine, patient monitoring and care operations.
However, the registration does not by itself mean that the UK authorities have certified or approved the system.
Lord’s Mark Industries says its Renalyx haemodialysis system has secured MHRA registration in the United Kingdom.
The registration lists Renalyx Health Systems Pvt. Ltd. as manufacturer for institutional and home-use haemodialysis systems under GMDN Code 58131.
The company plans to begin exporting its dialysis machines to the UK and UK-allied countries in early January 2027.
Renalyx combines a dialysis machine with RenalOS, AI-based clinical intelligence, remote monitoring and operational management.
The MHRA communication clarifies that registration is not itself accreditation, certification or approval by the UK Competent Authority.
