Indian Railways Runs Examination Special Trains for RRB Aspirants
The Railway Recruitment Board is holding exams, and many students need to travel to take them.
To help, Indian Railways is adding special trains called Examination Special Trains.
One train goes from Tatanagar to Rampur Bazar, and another comes back from Rampur Bazar to Tatanagar.
The first train leaves Tatanagar at 19:30 in the evening.
The return train leaves Rampur Bazar at 10:00 in the morning.
Each train will make 10 trips on specific days in August 2026.
The trains have 16 coaches, so lots of people can ride.
They stop at many stations along the way, like Kharagpur and Malda Town.
This makes it easier for students to reach their exam centers.
It also helps reduce crowding on regular trains.
Indian Railways will operate Examination Special Trains to facilitate Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) aspirants and manage expected passenger traffic.
Train No. 08181/08182 Tatanagar – Rampur Bazar – Tatanagar Examination Special will provide additional travel accommodation.
Train 08181 departs Tatanagar at 19:30 daily from August 3–6 and August 9–14, 2026; Train 08182 departs Rampur Bazar at 10:00 from August 4–7 and August 10–15, 2026.
Each of the two services will run for 10 trips with 16 coaches.
The train will halt at stations including Kharagpur Jn., Malda Town and Bolpur Shantiniketan to ensure convenient connectivity for candidates.
