B K Mishra Takes Charge as East Coast Railway AGM
Bijaya Kumar Mishra is the new Additional General Manager of East Coast Railway.
He has started working in Bhubaneswar.
He has worked in the railway system for more than 35 years.
He also serves as the railway zone’s Principal Financial Adviser.
In that role, he looks after money, budgets, accounts and audits.
Earlier, he managed difficult railway operations in Tinsukia Division.
He also worked on infrastructure projects in Malaysia for IRCON.
Officials expect his experience to help improve East Coast Railway’s operations and administration.
Bijaya Kumar Mishra has joined as the new Additional General Manager of East Coast Railway in Bhubaneswar.
Mishra is a 1991-batch IRAS officer with more than 35 years of experience.
He will also continue serving as East Coast Railway’s Principal Financial Adviser.
His responsibilities include accounts, finance, budgeting and internal auditing for the railway zone.
Mishra previously managed Tinsukia Division and led IRCON project finance operations in Malaysia.
