A group of six men allegedly intercepted the car, thrashed the friend and gang-raped the woman inside the vehicle before fleeing after threatening the duo.
SP (Cuttack Rural) Vinit Agrawal (spelled 'Vineet' in one article) said the sixth accused remains absconding and police raids are continuing to trace him.
