The leader of a very big Indian business group called Tata has decided to step down.
His name is N Chandrasekaran, and he has been in charge for almost ten years.
He told the company's board that he wants to stop being chairman.
But he will keep doing his job until February 2027 so the company has time to find someone new.
He is 63 years old.
The company is getting ready for a big meeting on August 18, where people were going to vote on whether he could stay.
