Woman Killed, Four Injured in Chittoor Road Accident
On Wednesday morning, a family was driving in a car in India.
A big heavy vehicle hit their car from behind very fast.
Sadly, the mother, Jubeda, who was 53 years old, died right away.
Her husband, Anwar Basha, had been sick and could not move his body because of paralysis.
The family was on its way to a treatment place for him.
Four other family members were hurt in the crash.
They were first taken to a government hospital in a nearby town.
One daughter was hurt very badly and was taken to another hospital far away.
Police have started asking questions to find out exactly how the crash happened.
A woman was killed and four family members injured after an overspeeding Eicher vehicle rammed their car from behind in Kurabalakota mandal, Chittoor district, on Wednesday morning.
The deceased was identified as Jubeda (53), wife of Anwar Basha, who had been suffering from paralysis for the past five months.
The family was travelling by car to Virupakshipuram in Palamaneru mandal for Anwar Basha's treatment when the accident occurred.
The injured were identified as Anwar Basha, daughter Kousar, son Imran and son-in-law Fakruddin; they were initially shifted to the Government Hospital in Madanapalle.
As Kousar's condition was critical, she was moved to a private hospital in Tirupati, and Mudivedu police have registered a case and launched an investigation.
