Seven companies to launch IPOs next week, raise over ₹6,400 crore
When a company wants to grow, it can sell pieces of itself to people.
This is called an IPO.
Next week, many companies in India will do this at the same time.
Seven companies will offer their pieces to buyers and hope to collect over ₹6,400 crore.
A big industrial parks company will try to collect ₹2,600 crore.
A jewellery company will try to collect ₹1,700 crore.
Some other companies, like a movie company and a jewellery company, will also be selling pieces.
There is also a company that manages money and one that makes tools.
Two smaller companies will also join in.
Some of the pieces will be old ones owned by the companies' founders, and some will be new.
The companies want this money to pay off loans and grow their businesses.
This is a very busy week for companies going public in India.
