This week, eight companies want to do this, and together they hope to collect more than Rs 5,500 crore.

The biggest is Horizon Industrial Parks, which wants to raise Rs 2,600 crore.

A jewellery company called Lalithaa Jewellery Mart wants to raise Rs 1,700 crore.
