Noida Film City faces fresh delay as financial closure pending
A big movie-making city was planned in India, but it has not been built yet.
The leader of the state of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, announced this movie city six years ago.
The city is supposed to be built near a new airport on about 1,000 acres of land.
Building a project this big costs a lot of money.
The company in charge has to prove it has enough money before construction can start.
So far, that proof has not been given, which is causing the delay.
The first part of the project will use 230 acres and is expected to cost about Rs 1,510 crore.
It will have movie studios, places to edit films, and a school for people who want to work in movies.
The company says it will be ready to build by the end of August.
People hope the movie city will create jobs and make Uttar Pradesh a new place for making films.

Developer Bayview Bhutani International Film City Pvt Ltd expects financial closure within a week and targets starting construction by the end of August.
The first phase, estimated to cost around Rs 1,510 crore, will include film studios, sound stages, post-production facilities and a film institute.
