Devadula Supplies Irrigation Water as Dry Spell Hits Crops
Farmers in the Warangal area needed water for their crops, but there was not enough rain.
A big water project called the Devadula Lift Irrigation Scheme is helping by lifting water from the Godavari river to fill reservoirs.

Former deputy chief minister and Station Ghanpur MLA Kadiyam Srihari (also spelled Kadiam) credited advance pumping and close monitoring over the past month, saying Devadula is the only State project currently releasing irrigation water.
