Brahmapur School Opens Inclusive Learning Hub for Special-Needs Children
A school in Brahmapur has opened a new centre to help children with special needs learn.
The centre is called an Inclusive Learning Hub.
It was created by Delhi Public Senior Secondary School and Team AGILITY.
Children can be checked by psychologists to understand what help they need.
Therapists and special educators will support them at the school.
The centre will help children with conditions such as autism, ADHD, and developmental delays.
It will also help them join regular school activities step by step.
Leaders said the centre should help children grow, learn, and feel confident.
Delhi Public Senior Secondary School, Brahmapur, inaugurated its Inclusive Learning Hub on Teachers’ Day.
The hub is a joint initiative of DPSSS and Team AGILITY.
Children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, speech and hearing difficulties, and sensory processing disorders will receive support.
Psychologists, occupational and speech therapists, and special educators will assist children on the school campus.
Organisers described the facility as South Odisha’s only school-based centre of its kind and Odisha’s second.
