Bhopal Collector Priyank Mishra Stresses Civic Sense, Road Safety

A very important official in the city of Bhopal, called the Collector, was visiting a popular place named ITH.

A video maker named Ravi Meena saw him there and started talking with him.

The official said he loves going to ITH because he can see what is happening and hear what the city's young people are thinking about.

Their talk covered two city programs: one about staying away from drugs, called 'Nashe Se Doori Hai Zaroori 2.0,' and one about road safety, called 'Sadak Suraksha.'

The official asked everyone to always wear a helmet when riding a bike.

He said that when an accident happens, the helmet is what saves you.

He explained that the government can make rules and give fines, but that will not fix everything.

He believes good behaviour, called civic sense, needs to come from inside each person, for themselves, their family, and their society.

He said Bhopal needs to make its citizens' sense of civic responsibility even stronger.
