Swachh Andhra Awards Recognize 69 District-Level Sanitation Efforts

A total of 69 Swachh Andhra district-level awards were presented at a ceremony in Vijayawada on Monday.
Municipalities, gram panchayats, schools, hospitals and other institutions were among the award recipients.
Tiruvuru Municipality won the Swachh Municipality award, while four gram panchayats received Swachh Gram Panchayat awards.
Sisira Elements Private Limited was honoured as the best startup in waste management.
Officials urged collective sanitation efforts and said Vijayawada aims to secure 100 district-level awards next year.
