Bengal Government Plans Raksha Bandhan With Rabindra, Folk Performances
The West Bengal government plans to celebrate Raksha Bandhan across the state on August 28.
Raksha Bandhan is a festival where people exchange or tie rakhis.
The celebrations will include songs and dances connected with Rabindranath Tagore.
Local folk performers will also present traditional music, including baul.
Events will happen in Kolkata and in districts across Bengal.
