South Western Railway Announces Temporary Train Changes in Karnataka
Railway workers will carry out construction work at Tolahunse Yard in Karnataka.
The work is connected to a new railway line between Tumakuru and Davangere.
Because of this, some trains will not run on certain dates.
Some other trains will start or end at different stations than usual.
Several long-distance trains will take different routes.
These trains may skip stations where they normally stop.
The changes apply on selected dates from September 21 to October 13, 2026.

South Western Railway announced changes affecting 18 services in Karnataka between September 21 and October 13, 2026.
The changes include cancellations, short terminations, altered originating stations and diversions linked to work at Tolahunse Yard.
Hubballi-Arsikere services will be cancelled on October 8-10, while several trains will terminate or originate at Birur or Harihar.
Long-distance services will use alternate routes and skip scheduled stops including Davangere, Harihar, Tumakuru and Haveri.
Passengers have been advised to check revised routes, stoppages and train origins or destinations before travelling.
